Guidelines for vitamin D supplementation are as follows:
Infants (to 12 months, regardless of mode of feeding): 10ug (micrograms) or 400IU International units) of vitamin D (vitamin D3, cholecalciferol) daily
Breastfeeding mums: 15ug (micrograms) or 600IU (International units) of vitamin D (vitamin D3, cholecalciferol) daily
