Fruit and Vegetables Boost Happiness

New research has found that eating fruit and vegetables, as well as reducing risk of cancers and heart disease later on in life, can have the more immediate benefit of boosting happiness levels! The research, which is due to be published soon, involved 12,000 people over 2 years and was carried out in the University of Warwick, England and the University of Queensland, Australia and can be read about here.
